Well there you have it. No severe aches or pains and more energy. With the last half-dose of Avastin I’m feeling normalcy again! 🦸♀️ More like I used to feel at the end of a three-week chemo cycle. Back in action! ⚡️

Some of you have asked if I can just stay on a half dose. The answer is “no”. Any lower dose or longer length of time between treatment is ineffective, according to studies. However, skipping a cycle might be a strategy to employ when I travel/vacation — take a chance and skip a cycle!
I have a nice little chunk of time ⌛️ahead of me to start getting back into action!
I am getting my next CT scan tonight. One month early. There is a small band of swelling on my lower abdomen, which looks a lot like my original symptoms. Though my CA 125 is still low, I’ve asked if we can do the scan a little earlier, just to rule out anything developing. Merry Christmas to me, I hope! 🎄🎄🎄
